Flooring specialist rolls out trade counter expansion

NEW OCCUPIER: Portsmouth Flooring has signed a six-year lease on a 4,366 sq ft trade counter at 3:1 Central Point, Kirpal Road, Portsmouth, at a quoted annual rent of £29,950. Hughes Ellard, a commercial property consultancy covering the Solent region, acted for the private landlord. Portsmouth Flooring, which has 16 staff and was founded by owner Alan Cobb 18 years ago, also runs a long-established retail premises in the city’s Frederick Street

Crosslane gets Portsmouth student homes consent

Commercial Property Professinals CoStar state that Crosslane Student Developments, part of the Crosslane Group, has gained conditional planning consent for the redevelopment of Stanhope House, 91-95 Commercial Road, Portsmouth, into a purpose-built 256 bed student accommodation property.
