Flooring specialist rolls out trade counter expansion

NEW OCCUPIER: Portsmouth Flooring has signed a six-year lease on a 4,366 sq ft trade counter at 3:1 Central Point, Kirpal Road, Portsmouth, at a quoted annual rent of £29,950. Hughes Ellard, a commercial property consultancy covering the Solent region, acted for the private landlord. Portsmouth Flooring, which has 16 staff and was founded by owner Alan Cobb 18 years ago, also runs a long-established retail premises in the city’s Frederick Street
