Welcome to Dunsbury 'Business Park of the Year' South Coast Property Awards 2017

Award winning Dunsbury Park is a major 45-acre industrial and distribution business park with 330,000 people of working age within ten miles of the site.

The wider Dunsbury site represents a major new business development opportunity for the Solent region.

The council has planning permission for 665,000sq ft of bespoke warehouse, manufacturing and office space to be contracted on a build-to-suit basis and plots are available for units from 20,000sq ft to 200,000sq ft.

The council also has provision for hotel and conference facilities totaling 60,000sq ft.

The park is easily accessible for a large skilled workforce and offers swift freight movements into the national road network. It is also close to local amenities in Havant and Waterlooville.

The site has foul and surface water connections and has two attenuation ponds which also offer an attractive habitat area for the rich wildlife in the surrounding woodland.

VW Breeze Motor Group is the latest tenant, taking a new bespoke 12,810 sq ft facility including van servicing and office space and will start trading by the end of 2018.

Another new 37,976 sq ft spec-build warehouse will be available in March 2019.

Outdoor lifestyle clothing brand Fat Face has taken 80,000 sq ft of office and distribution space with a 40,000 sq ft expansion option.

Dunsbury Park is served by a link road designed and constructed by landowners Portsmouth City Council specifically to open up the site.

All 45-acres have been levelled and are served by high voltage power supply in excess of 9MVA, high speed broadband, mains water and gas and drainage capacity for a one in 100 year storm.
